Projects aimed at the definition of technical and tributaries procedures, necessary for the perfect identification of the goods to be exported to Brazil, according to IN 1361/13, regulating imports in temporary admission procedures.
The temporary importation procedure follows, applies to new and used goods:
Imports for testing
Import of goods, without foreign exchange coverage, for a limited period of 1 year.
Imports for economic use
Import of goods for use in the activities of the importer, producing goods or services, with partial payment of taxes (proportional to the duration of the good's stay in the country, set in contract between exporter and importer), lending or rental, without foreign exchange coverage.
